Ready to find help for your little one, tween or teen? Feeling exhausted and confused about how to help them? My specialty is working directly with children from the youngest of ages (4+) through the teen years, while providing parenting education to help you know how to support your kiddo when things get tough.
Parents often bring me their children and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, learning disorders, trouble with emotional regulation, or behavioral concerns. I also enjoy helping young adults figuring out how to manage adulthood, as well as parents seeking parenting education or a judgment free zone to process the hardships of parenting.
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow into who they aspire to be. Sometimes we can grow without struggle, oftentimes we could use a helping hand to hold up a light and stay by our side as we navigate through a darker time in our lives. I provide a judgment free environment where clients feel accepted and encouraged to achieve their goals.
