Tuesday Interpersonal Process Group

In this group, members address a wide range of concerns and seek to understand themselves within relationships. Group members receive support and honest feedback from other members and the therapist about how they impact others. Members are given the opportunity to examine these interpersonal dynamics and how they contribute to the problems that brought them in for therapy. By unearthing the root causes of the challenges one faces in relationships, members learn how to relate to themselves and others in healthier, more productive ways. This group meets every Tuesday morning.
