I have experience in hospital (6-years full time at Children's National Medical Center where I remain on the faculty as well as at George Washington University), community and independent practice settings partnering with children and families coping with ADHD, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety and complex developmental disabilities.
Most success I have experienced with clients is owed to their's and their family's strengths. I believe it is my job to discover and amplify those strengths within the individual. It is truly rewarding to be a part of helping others connect with and capitalize-on their abilities.

Social Skills Group (Lego Theme)
One-week LEGO® Therapy Social Skills Group summer camp for children with social communication difficulties. This evidence-based program uses LEGO® activities to practice turn-taking, sharing, communication, perspective-taking, following rules, problem-solving, and collaboration. Ideal for children with social or behavioral challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or Social Pragmatic Communication Disorder. Sessions for ages 10-14 run from June 24-28, 2024, Monday to Friday, 10-12:30 pm (bring lunch). Sessions for ages 6-9 run from June 24-28, 2024, Monday to Friday, 1-3:30 pm (bring a snack). Limited availability with rolling admissions.
