As a clinical psychologist, my job is to work myself out of a job - pure and simple. I work to help you get to the point where won't need my help anymore. This has been my philosophy for 29 years and counting. If you are, or think you are depressed, feeling lost or anxious, stressed or simply unhappy in life, and you wonder if counseling, psychotherapy, marriage counseling or stress management might help, I'm here to listen and help. I specialize in care for adults & adolescents, stress management, marriage/couples counseling, and pre-marital counseling.
If you are depressed, anxious, feeling lost, or unmotivated, there's hope. My flexible, progressive, and cooperative approach has grown from many years of experience. And my uniquely comfortable, relaxing inter-disciplinary practice setting allows me to work collaboratively with other wellness professionals to help make sure you receive high-quality care.
Again, the key is hope. If you are 12 or older, odds are good that I have the skills and perspective to allow me to help you.
