I have used my life to serve others in a variety of ways - a Police Officer, a Child Protective Investigator, and now as a Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional. It is truly my honor to be a collaborative partner in helping others heal, stop self-defeating patterns, and break their own personal chains, ultimately leading to healthier relationships.

I have a passion for helping first responders. My law enforcement background offers me a unique perspective, knowing firsthand that many “helpers” most often do not feel comfortable seeking help for themselves and many do not find a “way out.” Let’s navigate, process and heal unresolved complex issues, and empower you to a life of fulfillment and purpose.

In the therapy room, clients appreciate “real talk” that doesn’t feel cold and clinical. I am direct, but always with empathy and compassion. As a “fellow traveler” on my own recovery journey, there is no judgment when clients discuss where addiction and values compromising have taken them because I personally understand the enormity of these challenges.
