I help couples and individuals work through life’s challenges. I use a caring approach while integrating effective treatment models to help people thrive in life. I also specialize in helping young adults recover from childhood trauma and in empowering them to find their own path in life.
I utilize a strengths based approach to help you set clear and achievable goals. Clients can expect honest and supportive feedback to understanding and addressing issues in their life and relationships. I believe in providing a compassionate space to develop concrete tools and insights that will help you achieve your goals.
