I have been coaching & counseling non-monogamous folks for nearly a decade and have identified as polyamorous since before I knew what to call it. My passion is helping poly/non-monogamous people feel seen, heard, and understood as they traverse the challenging landscape outside of the normative paradigm. Our work will focus on deep self-reflection while building strong boundaries and expansive communication skills.
Many of my clients came to me after having been shamed by licensed practitioners who told them that the only pathway to happiness is to turn their back on who they are and take the road most traveled.
