I work from a relational-attachment lens which means I am very curious about your earliest relationships, how they have informed your nervous system, guide you unconsciously, and keep you stuck in outdated, unfulfilling, and hurtful patterns as an adult. I invite clients to be curious about, and begin to create, a loving relationship with their inner child.
I work from a psycho-somatic lens and believe embodiment is crucial for healing. I am curious about the ways you may be escaping yourself, and your experiences, when difficult emotions, sensations, and thoughts arise. I support clients in creating safety within themself so that they can stay present with emotional pain when it visits.
