I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy for depression + anxiety, Emotionally Focused Therapy + Conscious Relationship Coaching for couples, + Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma + PTSD. Those who would benefit most from my style are clients who are open to developing self-awareness + outgrowing limiting beliefs + behavior patterns.
