Most often I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy modalities. My background includes administering and interpreting psychological assessments, so I encourage people to maximize their strengths to achieve the most fulfilling life possible. I have extensive history within the special needs community, and I am trained in EMDR and TBRI.

I provide services to individuals only, so I do not provide couples or family counseling sessions. I am comfortable with all individuals regardless of gender, race, sexual preference, or religious beliefs. I have an emotional support dog named Jax. He joins me at work a few days per week. He loves to comfort others and he is an amazing cuddler!
