We identify the roots of pain and a pathway to peace in spite of your current circumstances. I honor the ways you have sought to survive while also challenging you to develop new ways of being and doing to replace less helpful ones. Together, we explore internal and external resources (i.e, perserverance, community, faith) to support you on this journey.

I work with couples looking to enhance their relationship and those considering divorce; families seeking to reduce stress and improve communication; individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or suicidal ideation; and children learning self-regulation skills for home and school.
