Teen Girls Healthy Relationships Group-Virtual
This group for teen girls is focused on healthy relationships with both self and others. Discussion topics include setting boundaries, building self-esteem/worth/love, identity issues, bullying, depression and anxiety, watching out for warning signs of unhealthy and/or abusive relationships, and general support of one another. In our society, girls and women are taught and conditioned to tear each other down. In this space we do just the opposite. We build each other up by using empowerment, positivity, truth and social skills that we learn together. (This group is held quarterly; contact us for the next group dates)

Women's Self-Care and Accountability Group-Virtual
This group is for ANY mom, daughter, businesswoman, college student, etc, who wants a strong foundation in knowing and caring for themselves. Are you ready to tackle life's obstacles and still glow!! Together we'll deep dive into self-awareness, and self-reflection while learning concrete skills for a more healthy, balanced self-care routine. Monthly wellness workshops with Branches of Life are designed to help you explore and define what self-care means to you. We offer a variety of wellness workshops that are inclusive to every-body. Our workshops will support your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our goal is that you are able to take what you need from our workshops and incorporate them into your daily routine. We offer wellness workshops on Crafting (Jewelry, bath products, embroidery, etc), movement & dance, meditation, vision board creation, writing, accountability, identity development, Self Care 101, Nutrition 101, men empowerment group, and more.
