I am an affirming Boise-local therapist who focuses on Polyvagal Theory and EMDR for the treatment of anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, somatic complaints (ulcers), and other mental health responses for adults, teens, and LGBTQIA+ peoples. I also enjoy mindfulness practices, acceptance practices, and consider my approach as a wholistic neurological approach. I specialize in ADHD and CPTSD/PTSD and am a neurologically diverse clinician myself.
