I have extensive training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, the integration of psychotherapy and faith, and training and supervision of trainees in clinical psychology. Additionally, I am on faculty at Biola University (undergraduate & online) and Rosemead School of Psychology (graduate). My various roles inform and continually strengthen my clinical work.
One of the best indicators of a successful therapy experience is a good "fit" with your therapist. "Fit" refers to the experience of feeling heard/understood, respected, increasingly relaxed, and a growing sense of safety in talking about your issue(s) with your therapist.
