I use a relational approach to counseling, working as a collaborator to help identify the thoughts, ideas, feelings, and behaviors that feel as if they are holding you back. Together we can rewrite narratives, find creative outlets to express and process emotions, and challenge the negative thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve your wellbeing.
My background as a professional musician and entrepreneur provides insight to artists and entertainment professionals. My experience includes working with others to achieve their goals, dream new dreams, and discover the best version of themselves.
