As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my practice uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT), a transformative approach grounded in attachment theory. I specialize in guiding couples, as well as individual women, teenagers, and families toward deeper connections by harnessing the power of attachment dynamics and fostering healthy communication. In therapy, my primary focus is to cultivate a warm, secure space where clients can embark on a journey of self-exploration and emotional healing. Utilizing the principles of EFT, I facilitate breakthrough moments that foster intimacy, trust, and resilience in relationships.
I assist with many types of issues; communication, infidelity, depression, burnout, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and relationship boundaries. Communication coaching is key in working with couples at any stage, where we also focus on identifying negative interaction patterns, creating corrective emotional experiences, and ultimately deepening bonds.
