“Fertility Resilience: Secondary Paths” is a structured therapeutic support group for women who already have a child/ren and are struggling to conceive or carry a new pregnancy to term. We focus on building community and emotional resilience with skills to manage the unique stressors of secondary infertility and parenting. Limited to 6-8 women who should be able to attend all six sessions.

“Fertility Resilience: Primary Paths” is a structured therapeutic support group for women without living children who are trying to conceive and struggling with the social and psychological impact of infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss. This group provides a safe space for social connection and sharing, while imparting skills to build emotional resilience for a difficult fertility journey. Participants will learn tools to manage fertility-related stressors including relaxation, self-compassion, techniques to address negative thinking, and skills for interpersonal effectiveness. Limited to 6-8 women who should be able to attend all six sessions.

Donor Family Matters Group
“Donor Family Matters” is a support group designed to empower women considering or undergoing donor conception (egg, sperm, embryo donation) after infertility to build their family. This group provides a supportive venue for women to explore thoughts and feelings related to donor conception, obtain vital information and psychological support, and actively challenge the stigma associated with donor conception. The group aims to diminish feelings of isolation and shame and increase confidence in reproductive decision-making and sharing. Limited to 4-6 women who should be able to attend all six sessions.
