I am adept at helping clients navigate through feelings of depression, low self-esteem, body-image, and anxiety. Through talk and cognitive-behavioral therapy, clients are able to address familial conflict, relationship discord, and general obstacles to well-being.
Adolescence can be a time of uncertainty and confusion. We question our identity, sexuality, sexual orientation, and what it means to emerge into adulthood. We have questions without easy answers. We begin new relationships while others change. These are a mere few topics I discuss with my clients to reach a healthier, happier place.

LGBTQ Youth
I will be running a group for teens aged 14-18 who either identify as LGBTQ or are questioning their sexual/gender identities. This group will provide support for these teens and serve as an emotional outlet as well as have opportunities for advocacy. Please contact for more information.
