Hello there! My name is Bill and I hold a Master's degree in School & Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. I also completed my undergraduate coursework in Family & Human Services from the University of Oregon, and earned another Master's degree in Special Education from Penn State. I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and Delaware and have been certified as a National Counselor by the NBCC. With my extensive experience, I specialize in working with children, young adults, and parents.

My purpose is to assist you in identifying the silver linings in your life and current situation by offering expert insight and practical solutions to support you.
