Hello! I’m so glad you found me. Do you find yourself experiencing difficulties with your mental health, but aren’t sure where to start? Have you been in therapy before and want to continue your healing journey? I work holistically, utilizing the knowledge I gain regarding your life history and social atmosphere to guide you in therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to make meaningful change, respecting your individuality and autonomy. My strengths are in helping you organize your life to support your goals, untangle any knots from trauma, relationships, or emotional experiences, and grow your authentic self.
I am an LPCC and Board Certified-Dance/Movement Therapist, skilled in using traditional mental health therapy, EMDR, expressive arts therapy, & dance/movement therapy. I have a special interest in working on self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, gender, mood, & more. Utilizing art or movement therapy with me is optional.
My therapeutic work is client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, and emphasizes the mind-body connection. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and supporting.
