I work with folks experiencing anxiety and depression, dealing with stress and burnout, working to build healthy relationships, accommodating neurodivergence, and navigating complex trauma. I am a queer therapist and have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ folks and their loved ones. I also support folks recovering from eating disorders at the outpatient level of care.
My framework for therapy is compassion centered, liberation-oriented, and trauma-informed. In our work together I can support you in putting current struggles into their personal and societal contexts, making sense of past experiences and recognizing their present-day impact, and building resources and self-compassion to become more holistically supported.
