I help people work through stuck patterns of interaction within themselves and their relationships to realize their desire for personal and relationship growth. Specifically I help couples, women shifting roles, struggling parents, and young adults transitioning from dependence to independence. Although this group may seem eclectic, they all have one thing in common; their ability to work through problems by learning to rely on inherent strength and self-knowledge. Drawing on my clients' unique strength, I guide them down their path to personal growth and connection, which affects not only them, but also everyone with whom they share their life.

I help people improve their relationships as well as accept themselves; making changes that will foster personal growth. I orient my therapy, whether with couples, families, groups, or individuals, to learning how my clients' relationships affect them every day.

As a private practice therapist grounded in optimism and positivity, my treatment is geared toward helping clients work through current dissatisfactions with their relationships. I do so by focusing clients on leveraging their own core strengths to take concrete actions that enable personal growth and gratitude which result in inspiring spectacular, authentic relationships.
