I believe that therapy is about helping you discover your inner strengths that will help you overcome your personal struggles and become the person you want to be. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents experiencing struggles related to anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. I'm also passionate in helping women who may be struggling with the adjustment into motherhood or are experiencing issues related to postpartum depression and anxiety.

I believe everyone is unique and that therapy is not a "one size fits all." I use an integrative, whole-person approach and utilize techniques from DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
