Like the Hokey Pokey, change is essential in order to "turn ourselves around". My approach is primary navigating communication pitfalls within relationships, and rebuilding strong foundations on emotional intimacy, vulnerability, and solid communication skills
I graduated from California Baptist University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology in 2016. Since then, I have been constantly striving to gain experience in working with life struggles such as anxiety, depression, codependency, emotional trauma and spiritual shaming.
