Our mental health and self-care can get lost in the chaos of life' s daily demands. With the distractions of societal strains, personal responsibilities, and professional obligations, we can lose track of our own wellness, strength, and needs. While these external factors probably aren't going anywhere, we can work together to rediscover your connection to your self-worth, resilience, and purpose. We all carry the answers to our own questions, and my job is to support you as you find yours.
I take a client-centered approach and believe that it is my job to provide an environment in which you can grow and heal. Depending on your unique needs, I use techniques such as writing assignments, creative expression, mindfulness, and exploration of family, cultural, and societal factors. I also offer career exploration counseling.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where authenticity is celebrated and resilience is recognized. Let's work together, learning from the past, noticing the present, and setting goals for the future. Let me know if you're interested in a free 15-minute consultation or have any questions.
