I am a Certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT) and have advanced training in processing trauma to find freedom from the negative past experiences. I work from an Internal Family System/Parts informed perspective and find it to be very effective. I also have specialized education around spiritual integration and Christian counseling.
