I think most of us struggle with the same needs: that our lives matter; that we know our life is valuable, that we bring blessings into the world; that we live (and love) toward a calling of purpose; that we have meaningful connections in community; and that we live a life of love. Whether we are trying to overcome or let go of an old story, learn new boundaries, find love, or find our true path, holistic therapy weaves together both a pragmatic tending to the challenges that are here now, and a sacred awareness that we are part of something bigger, more meaningful - even in our suffering - than we could have imagined.
Blending a traditional approach with a background in holistic and spiritual orientation, I work both short and long term, specializing in relationships, life meaning, personal fulfillment, midlife crisis, divorce, and family challenges. I’m fascinated by the life transitions people make, their personal growth, and how we use creativity to overcome adversity.
A seeker since childhood, I’ve been drawn to many mysteries, starting with psychology, then metaphysics, then meditation. I've experienced divorce, remarriage, loss due to death or dementia. Holistic healing has been my mainstay and instilled in me the profound interconnectedness of body mind and soul. People are shifting quickly. You can too.

After teaching meditation for several years, I've put these classes on hold since the pandemic. However, some clients have requested a brief introduction to meditation in the context of a therapy session. Most students discover they actually can meditate, and they come to love it, long for it, and find it subtly yet profoundly changing their lives for the better. As the interest in resuming classes has been high, I'll continue to assess and hope to resume classes again soon.

This is a time for exploration, of how we've been shaped by our relationship with our fathers, good, bad, present, or even non-existent. For both men and women, whether parents or never having been a parent. Fathering has many ways of impacting us, both obvious and subtle. The objective is to increase our awareness of what fathers have meant for us, how we've been disappointed, and how to heal, forgive if warranted, and grow. This summer class has already completed, reach out for info on future classes. "Group Specialties" go well beyond the three options listed below.
