Accepting clients with immediate openings via telehealth. Confiding in someone about your hardest times can be difficult and I am here to help guide you on that path. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable space for self exploration. My hope is that you find a space in which you can be curious about yourself and your therapy process. I take an Interpersonal Process approach while incorporating core concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person Centered approaches. I believe to first start processing, we must build a strong foundation of skills and rapport.
I am trained as a generalist however, I do primarily focus on trauma, OCD, anxiety related disorders, depression, women’s issues, borderline personality, and subclinical or in remission eating disorders. Additionally, I specialize in Sport Psychology and work with a wide array of levels from youth to professional athletes on an individual and team basis.
I received my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 2022. I maintain an active license in TN and am able to practice across state lines via PsyPact. I am greatly passionate about this work and would love to chat more about your needs and how they can be best met!
