I help women like you quiet down that inner-critic, and shift to a place where they feel capable, secure, and able to fully embrace who they are. You aren't broken or crazy (even if it feels that way sometimes), and it's possible to start feeling better again.
Therapy doesn't have to be stuffy. I am supportive and nonjudgemental, but I also take a real, no BS approach to our work together. This work is hard, but I want to support you along the way and help you reach your goals.
