What I offer is a non judgmental space where clients can express concerns, set healthy boundaries, increase coping skills and find realistic solutions to stress, anxiety and depression through gentle guidance.
I use an eclectic approach with therapy. Using evidenced based strategies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered, Gottman, Strength Based Approach and several other modalities, I can gear your sessions to what you need.
