My ideal clients are ready for change! They have had enough of feeling stuck. I work well with adults, parents, teens, LGBTQ+, parents of children with different needs, people dealing with anxiety or depression, people feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns and couples. I, also, love working with other therapists! I have a long history with working with the ND community (autistics and ADHDers).
What I love about being a therapist is helping people exceed their own expectations. My clients can expect to feel heard and supported. They don't want to stay stuck, so they come to me to help them see an outside perspective, and to use the tools I have learned through education and experience that have been successful in helping countless others.
I offer a safe place to be heard with empathy and compassion. I strive to empower my clients on their journey in order to be able to navigate life's difficult turns independently.
