Getting help with your mental health is hard. It's hard enough just to ask for help, but finding the right person and making time to get help while keeping your day to day life on track can make it feel next to impossible. My goal is to provide a safe place where anyone can start dealing with their problems and free up more space in your mind to live and enjoy your life. I have experience helping to address depression, anxiety, history of abuse, religious trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. All are welcome, and if I feel that another provider is a better fit I will go out of my way to help connect you.
I utilize evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed care, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients develop the skills they need to maintain their health long-term. I take an individual approach with each client to find the right way to address their needs.
