At the core of most of our relational conflicts and personal symptoms is a desire for connection, the lack of it, and to know that we are loveable, but feeling that we are not.

Therefore, my entire approach to therapy is creating a safe, healing connection to help you resolve conflicts in your relationships and in yourself, and help you not live in judgment or shame.

During our meetings, you’ll find that I am very interactive. I’ll attentively explore with you what has been causing discomfort and creating struggles within yourself and with the people in your life, looking at what is behind the “symptoms”. My style is direct, curious and genuine, and sometimes I use humor and share about my own experiences to relate.

I take Optum Insurance and I offer a sliding scale, based on your income, ranging from $75-$150 for a 50 minute session. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.
