Choosing a therapist can be intimidating. I work to create a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to take that step. I offer an authentic and personal connection with my clients so they can express and process their unique journey. Many of my clients struggle with emotional expression, connections with others, relationship issues, and trauma. I also have experience in addictions and family issues.
I work at New Directions Wellness Center from Friday-Monday including weekends 8am to 5pm in-person or telehealth. To connect with me, click the "My Website" to complete a very short form. I generally respond within 24 hours.
