Through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, I work with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am a certified in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and am also trained in Brainspotting.

Parenting Class--SPACE for child anxiety and OCD
Do you feel hopeless in the face of your child's overwhelming worry? Has your family's routine become disrupted by accommodating your child's anxiety or OCD, but the problems just get bigger? Do you want to help your child, but don't know how? SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is a parent-directed, research-backed treatment for childhood anxiety developed at the Yale Child Study Center. In this 10-session online class, you will learn the principles of SPACE, and new methods of supporting your child, while connecting with fellow parents in a supportive environment.
