About Me: I have a passion for empowering others to identify and effectively address the underlying causes of painful life struggles. Counseling topics I help with include trauma wounds, feelings of depression, fears & anxieties, problematic relationship patterns, unprocessed grief, empty-nester syndrome, loss of life direction, and more.
I've personally known painful affects stemming from abuse, neglect, poverty, abandonment, addiction, betrayal, and overcoming life obstacles as a single mother of four.
