I look at the world through an attachment and developmental lens and offer a wellness approach to helping instead of pathologizing problems. I am Gottman level 1 certified & use EFT & relational life therapy concepts. We may look for developmental areas where you need help with coping skills and psycho-education to get you to the next chapter of your life.
I offer a non-judgemental stance with unconditional positive regard, but also, as needed, a no-nonsense view on exploring the self and relationships. I am here to journey as deep as you are willing to go or just to be a sounding board for thoughts and feelings that you feel you can not tell anyone else.
