Welcome to my page, I am so pleased you have arrived here. Let me explain to you my approach and what I can offer to your journey. My goal is to connect with individuals through warmth, empathy and a non-judgmental ear so that you feel supported in facing your challenges, both past & present. Life offers unexpected obstacles but when we bring in safe supports to join us, we are strengthened and less alone. I aim to help people find resolution to their difficulties, as I provide them the tools to manage their inner world. If your goal is to heal, to find acceptance of self and build upon your fortitude & power, I am here to join you.
My decade in the field has led me to some exciting techniques that I find fitting with my style of support. I enjoy traditional talk therapy, which can be a rich tool to gaining insight into oneself & I lead with an emotionally focused approach. I also offer EMDR therapy, an evidence based trauma treatment, as well as Sand Play Therapy (not just for kids).
When you step into my office, it is my aim to communicate to you that you are no longer alone in facing whatever challenge that led you there. Be it heightened anxiety, unhealthy coping skills or life stress, we are now a team who will collaborate to get you where you wish to be.
