I help individuals located in New Jersey, New York & Florida explore goals such as improving one's self esteem, managing one's mood, addressing trauma or phobias, examining past & current relationships, coping with life transitions, or reconsidering their use of substances and behaviors. Our work is done 100% virtually which allows flexibility & convenience.

As a therapist with over 18 years in this field, my primary goal is to establish a warm and shame-free therapeutic experience with my client.
