By utilizing art therapy and a trauma-informed therapeutic approach you can progress towards the life you desire. Together, we can cultivate and integrate a healthy sense of personalized wellbeing and success. My training and experiences allow me to support individuals across the lifespan in navigating a variety of struggles including but not limited to racial stress and trauma, bicultural straddling, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, and relationship issues.
As native to Louisiana with a multicultural background and over 8 years of experience with individuals and groups, I intentionally choose to walk alongside my clients while supporting them in their journey. In doing so, I specialize in using creative expression as a process to strengthen self-awareness, reduce stigma, and build authenticity.
