I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, focusing on the thoughts and behaviors that lead to symptoms and distress in daily life, and working with patients and families to make changes that alleviate suffering. I also have comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and integrate those principles into treatment.
