My specialty is working with couples who have been impacted by substance abuse and trauma , along with those that have stopped believing in themselves. I believe in working with the whole family system focusing on healing the internal conflict that lies within the system. I do this by using several therapeutic approaches such as Imago Relationship Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with my clients on addressing attachment injuries, childhood wounds, internal conflict, finding internal balance, and increasing individuals' confidence in themselves.
My focus working with people is to build a safe environment for each person. I look to meet my clients where they are at and help guide them to their goals. My goal is to make each person feel safe, comfortable, and confident. I have a no judgment policy in my sessions and create a place where people can process and find solution.
I am a United States Marine Corps veteran, a former collegiate basketball player, and a devoted dog dad. I grew up in the Chicagoland area and currently reside in Austin, Texas. Throughout my life my passion has been helping people reach their full potential. I hope to help you find confidence and compassion within yourself.
