I believe that thoughts, feelings, and our actions interact constantly based on past experiences that continue to influence our present. I would be happy to assist you in developing new ways of thinking about past, present, and future events in order to achieve your best self. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, but most frequently help those struggling with depression/anxiety and members of the LGBTQ community.
My role as a therapist is to help you identify your goals and work together with you so those goals can be achieved in an environment that is open and accepting, but also focused on progress. Positive change can take time and be frightening, but I look forward to the opportunity of helping you realize these changes to live the life you want to live.
