Men's DBT Group (In Person)
This group meets in person in our Decatur office. This is a DBT group for adult men (18+) working through anxiety, behavioral issues, and depression amongst other issues utilizing DBT skills. We will cover 4 modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation.
