I have experience working with addiction, ADHD, men's issues and anxiety. Combining CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing we will find a deeper understanding of your emotional or relational issues, and set attainable goals that encourage growth and healing. I also have a passion for working with athletes and their mental health, which effects performance.
If improving athletic performance is your goal, in addition to the evidence based counseling methods I will use my personal expertise and knowledge to help you find direction. As a two sport collegiate athlete and college coach, I understand performance anxiety, perfectionism and low self-confidence. Together we can set you on a path to success.
