If trauma plays a part in the emotional disconnect we will use proven & effective methods to reduce or remove those sensations, so you can feel safe in allowing your vulnerability to exist again.
If you feel like you are in survival mode, overwhelmed and lost, I can help you! I am professionally trained and working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I am also trained in trauma informed care for individuals utilizing the evidence based methods of EMDR, EFIT & Trauma, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
