Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed/person-centered approach, my goal is to help you rediscover your emotions, thoughts, and the pieces of yourself that you thought you had lost.
