Women's process group
A closed group of 8 women starting on October 11, 2017. Therapy groups are a powerful way to stay involved in personal growth and change. Or you may be in the midst of powerful change with a therapist, and joining a group can complement your interpersonal work by adding a safe place for accountability and deeper connections. This women's group will be more than just a place to vent. It will be a sacred room, a safe place, a workshop, a classroom, an art studio, a coffee shop, a neighbor's couch, a place of acceptance and healing.

The Spring: expressive therapy group for teens
At The Spring, you will grow your insight into self and others using expressive therapy techniques. Incorporating art and traditional group therapy, you will explore current challenges to develop new healthy outlets. Previous arts experience is not required. This is not about art. It is about creating. You will learn to focus on the process not the product. We will use art, music, imagery, collage, and meditation to explore deeper and more authentic ways of understanding oneself and growing. Topics include: happiness, boundaries, transitions, relationships, self-expression, relaxation, and coping. Closed Group, meets for 8 weeks starting in 2016!
