Experiencing trauma of any kind can leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. It can stop us in our tracks and upend life as we know it. Although it can seem impossible, healing from trauma is possible. My hope is to help others go from surviving to thriving despite life’s challenges. Facing trauma can be lonely and confusing, but you don't have to sort through it on your own. Trauma is complicated and one can experience a range of emotions such as: anger, grief, fear, sadness, anxiety and guilt. I would love to help you work through these feelings and move towards healing and peace.

Although I have worked with individuals from an array of trauma histories I have an additional interest in helping those that have experienced spiritual abuse. This type of abuse can have the same impacts as other types of trauma, but it is not commonly spoken about even though it is more common than one might think.

Although I come from a Christian background, I am open to working with individuals from all walks of life. I will not judge you, all are welcome in my office. I know how hard it is to reach out for help. Sometimes that can be the hardest step to take, but you don't have to go it alone, so please reach out. I look forward to talking with you!
