Reaching out to begin therapy can be overwhelming. No one should have to navigate this process on their own. I believe compassion, empathy, and connection are the supports that can help guide us through the toughest parts of life. Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustment, grief, or loss, I will meet you where you are without judgement. I utilize an eclectic range of interventions, but am always person-centered. My interventions include mindfulness, trauma-sensitive skills, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I am also a 200 Hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Instructor, and am able to incorporate this into my sessions when applicable. Together we can work towards finding a balance between acceptance of the here-and-now and facilitating the change and growth that you are striving for.
